2 Zope/Plone Developer; 1 content management, content conversion, and content creation Resource needed CFAES wishes to develop several web site environments using the Zope open source application server and the Plone opensource content management system (Zope/Plone). The end product must provide for authentication, distributed browser based website management, reusable content creation, searching, and content syndication. To facilitate this work, CFAES wishes to obtain contracting resources with specific skills in the development of web sites, products and environments based on Zope/Plone.
Candidates must provide sample of their work and reference to contact regarding their past application development work.
 

Skill Set: Zope, Plone, XML, Python, metadata, LINUX XSL/XSLT and XHTML
preferred
 

* XML content development
* Python programming
* Metadata (Dublin Core) implementation
* Web Accessibility (WAI / Section 508)
* Resources must be experienced with and able to work within a Linux (Fedora Core 4) environment.
* Relevant experience with web site and environment development using Zope and Plone in the previous six months.
* Relevant experience with the Python programming language and environment in the previous six months.
* Relevant experience developing standards based (XHTML) and accessible websites (Section 508) in the previous year.
* Relevant experience with the creation of XML-based documents and the conversion of content to XML formats in the previous year.
 

     Dedicated Technologies is an IT consulting firm with about 50 consultants working at out different client sites around the Columbus, OH area. We have 6-month right to hire contracts with the majority of our client. Our position do require relocation to the Columbus, OH area.
